* Note: Due to The illness and death of Justice McAnulty in June of 2007, there were several months with only 6 Justices. Justice Abramson came on the court in October of 2007. There were the normal occasional absences of a regularly sitting Justice, and there were instances of Special Judges sitting in for current Justices. We did not concern ourselves with counting those Special Judges in the project. Those situations account for the numbers not always adding up to 100%. in some instances
